HOUSE RECORD // PRIVACY
BattlePolls is designed for anonymous play. You do not need a BattlePolls account to ask or vote in a public battle.

We collect the minimum information needed to run battles, prevent ordinary repeat voting, moderate submissions, respond to messages, and keep the service working. We do not sell personal information.
Questions, answer choices, votes, timestamps, reports, and randomly generated browser session identifiers. Your browser stores its session identifier and Bop Blitz high score locally on your device.
The Contact page stores your message, topic, browser session identifier, and any reply email you choose to provide. Contact messages are not publicly readable.
BattlePolls uses hosting, database, security, and AI service providers to operate. Poll ideas and choices may be processed for Quick Ask, moderation, or a zero-vote House Pick. Providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security.
Questions, choices, vote totals, and results may be visible through public battle links and the Results Vault. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information in a poll.
Completed battles may remain available as results. Reports and contact messages may be retained as reasonably needed for safety, support, legal obligations, and service integrity.
You can clear local BattlePolls data using your browser settings. For access, deletion, privacy, or other data questions, send a message through the Contact page.
