By using BattlePolls, you agree to play fairly, keep the arena safe, and treat every result as casual entertainment.
ONE PERSON. ONE SIDE.
Do not manipulate votes, automate submissions, evade limits, probe the service, interfere with other visitors, or use BattlePolls in a way that burdens or damages the site.
KEEP IT CLEAN
Do not submit illegal content, threats, harassment, hateful or sexually exploitative material, private information, impersonation, spam, malware, or content that violates another person's rights.
LET THE BATTLE RUN
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give BattlePolls a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, moderate, and share it as needed to operate and promote the service.
THE HOUSE MAY STEP IN
We may reject, hide, remove, or preserve content and restrict use when reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity. Automated screening can make mistakes; use Report or Contact when it does.
THE CROWD IS NOT AN EXPERT
Results are unscientific and provided for entertainment. Do not rely on BattlePolls for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, electoral, wagering, or other high-stakes decisions.
THE MACHINE MAY PAUSE
BattlePolls is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or end without notice. To the extent allowed by law, BattlePolls disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
